Frognot, another flavorful band out of the mountainous land of Texas, has put together eleven pop/funk songs that groove and wakawaka crybaby waka. The performance is deeply grounded in spontaneous fun, as the polished four piece offers an upbeat, mandatory groove moving debut CD ala "Meet the Beatles" with "Welcome to Frognot" - an apparent real town in Texas. We didn't check. The opening track, What I Want, is what they hope their audience is shouting - from the sound of this debut effort, they'll be drowned out.
