Frognot
What a Name!! I Love It! Frognot is a Dallas-based alternative groove rock band. I first started following this band a couple of years ago when it wasn't even formed yet. Confused? Well, a couple of years ago I went and saw a band named "Pulp Society".
I got on the mailing list, which I recommend doing for all good bands, to just keep up. I went and saw them a few more times, met April and Dennis, then they disappeared.
A short time passed and I started receiving flyers about this other band, you guessed it "Frognot". It happened that when "Pulp" dis-"banded", out of the ashes came a new incarnation, with a couple of familiar faces.
This band has really got their act together. Frognot has a presence on stage that simply must be seen. Frognot has a very energetic show, with talent that is "Well Tuned". Frognot has earned many accolades from local rock magazines and clubs. Frognot's Debut CD "Welcome to Frognot" is tentatively scheduled for release in April, 1998.
