Throughout my lengthy career as a drummer I've run across several occupational hazards. I have created this page in order to educate other musicians, specifically drummers, of the physical wears and tears performing can cause as well as prevention and care. Below I have listed different problems I have had as a direct result of singing and drumming in bands since 1988. I have listed them as they occured in chronological order:
1. Vocal Nodules
2. Tennis Elbow
3. Foot Strain
4. Digital Nerve Damage
5. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
6. Hearing Loss
